We invite you on a culinary journey to Thailand, which will be taken by Michał Kurek - a great fan of Thai cuisine!
Come and find out what's hidden in curry paste, taste the sweetness of coconut milk, or feel the hellish fire of Thai chili peppers and feel for a moment like you're on a street in Bangkok. Let us take you on this journey full of aromas and flavors! You will be in our studio in the center of Warsaw, but your thoughts will be much further away!Michał will talk about the products used there, the principles of preparing and composing dishes, and then show you how to prepare several delicious dishes.Tough or not… you choose :) (but rather sharp)…Sign up and find out how and why Thai cuisine can be easily adapted to your tastes!
Culinary workshop menu:
- Tom yum (goong) soup - classic spicy soup with shrimps (or Asian mushrooms in a vegetarian version)
- Pad Thai - a national Thai dish that probably needs no introduction!
- Mango sticky rice - probably the most desired dessert by tourists, which can be successfully prepared at home :)

There will be plenty of food. We have takeaway containers, but to reduce waste production, we encourage you to bring your own food containers.
Price includes:
- All the ingredients necessary for cooking. We only expect good humor and a voracious appetite from our participants:)
- Water for participants
- An apron that the participant takes with him, you don't give your apron back to us!
- Welcome snack
- Course completion diploma with recipes for cooked dishes
The price does not include:
- Takeaway packaging. We encourage you to bring reusable food boxes with you to avoid unnecessary waste. If necessary, we have them available on site (for an additional fee)
- Alcohol and other drinks. You can use our bar on site. We have a very interesting wine list!
However, we do not accept alcohol brought from outside.
FAQ:
- I don't know how to cook, can I come to the workshop?
- Yes! Our workshops are primarily for amateurs and enthusiasts who want to expand their culinary horizons.
- Does everyone have their own position or do we cook in groups?
- We cook in groups. Their size depends on the type of workshop and the number of participants
- Does everyone cook all the dishes because I don't want to miss anything?
- Yes. We structure our workshops so that everyone can cook all the dishes. So you don't have to worry about missing something. The chef conducting the workshops talks about what we do and explains it in detail. We want you to not only eat delicious food, but also leave with new knowledge. Additionally, at the end you will receive recipes for the dishes we made.
Do I need to bring anything with me?

- Nothing but good humor and appetite. We provide everything else.
- I do not eat meat. Will there be something for me to eat?
- Let us know about this when registering for the workshop. We try to compose our menu so that it can also be prepared in a meatless version. However, this is not always possible.
- I am allergic/on a specialized diet. Will I also find something to eat?
- Of course! Let us know when you sign up. We try to meet your preferences whenever possible
