Aleksy Khunjua (read: Chunjua) started his career as a scientist, but quickly changed his profession to his true passion – cooking. Climbing the career ladder, he worked as a cook and later as a chef in a famous hotel chain. For the last ten years, he has been a vocational teacher, author of a textbook and curriculum for young chefs. Winner of the teacher of the year competition.
